The Bully gathered his aprentices and victims around him in the ale house to discuss the "Big Plan". All the Bullys meetings were held in the ale house as he was so infrequently to be found elsewhere. With sleight of hand and tongue, decisions were made that had the appearance of collaboration and consultation but which were, in reality monopolisticaly all the ideas of the Bully. These ideas were slavishly added to a soggy beer mat by the Bully's hench-person.
